You have to opportunity to lay foundations in your people so that this is not something you ever read about one of your guys. Someone should do a study on how many of these senior ministers busted for adultery sat under someone who was either busted for adultery or managed to do the deed without getting caught. Sin in leaders releases the demonic to oppress the people and set them up for failure down the road.
