Positions We are Looking To Fill at The Mission
We are about to go public with our Sunday morning worship service at The Mission and I am looking to fill a few holes as soon as possible.
- Director of Children’s Ministry
Able to organize, oversee and lead children’s ministry or have a desire to be in children’s ministry. - Connections / Assimilation / Visitor Followup
Able to transition people from visitors to committed members of The Mission
The Mission is a Spirit Filled church that is hungry for souls. People considering these positions should have a heart for the lost and a mentality that they will do anything to make Jesus famous in Delray Beach.
In my more than a decade of service to the Lord, I have seen so many men and women finish Bible school or some other discipleship program only to hang out at church waiting to get on staff. For most of these people that opportunity never comes. For many of these people, they were never actually called by God to ministry. They just want a job at a church.
But if you know that you are called, and the opportunity has not availed itself to you, it may be that you are not where your opportunity is. It may be time to make it happen.

I know I’m on the other side of the country, but I am a virtual assistant for a living. If you need help with administrative type things and paperwork and records and such, let me know. I’m volunteering to help. I’ve done the church secretary thing more than a few times. I’ve even done 501(c)3 paperwork if you are going that route.

Wow, I can’t believe it took almost a year for this position to be filled. I am glad God waited for me to get to the Mission.
