A woman who dresses like a slut is just a woman who has no idea how much her Father in heaven loves her. If she knew how special and sacred she were to God she would not dress that way. When you see a woman dressed that way just see an opportunity to win a soul. To be biblically correct I would call her lost. I always listen to the podcast for that annointed preachin.
