Monday Morning Musings – Anniversary Edition

February 20, 2012 at 9:32 pm Posted in The Mission

Another great day at The Mission.  I am not sure what happened when we moved to Boca Raton but we have had an influx of new folks.

The presence of God was so real in worship.  I simply live for that.

I am starting to get the hang of having an office again.  I have either run my own business or lead this church out of my home for something like five years.

I used to get to the school early and build a little office in a back hall just so I could get somewhere quiet to get ready to preach.  Now I just go to the office.

Imagine that.

This Sunday was my anniversary.  12 years with my lovely and talented bride.

The Lord began visiting me on Friday night.  On Saturday I had really sweet fellowship so I was expecting to have a great service on Sunday.

We did.

At the end of worship I was so enjoying Jesus we just had to release some healing in the room.  We saw God do some miracles.  That is so great.

Preached on the increase of God’s government in the earth.  Kris Vallotton used the same Scripture in his message that night.  Not trying to imply anything but…

Had a handful of folks respond to the call for salvation.

Come on somebody!

God to bless some out of town guests, got to cast the devil out of some folks, got to affirm my affection for one of the sons of the house.

Last night Tracey and I went to the movies and to Cheesecake Factory.  I don’t know why but I regularly get a terrible table there and have to ask to be moved.  Happened again and after we got a decent table we had a great meal.

Podcast, pix, and videos are up.
