Monday Morning Musings

• Another great service.
• Khamille got a prophetic song that lined up with a scripture the Lord gave me right before service.  I was studying my message and the Lord seemingly opened the Bible to a Scripture and yelled out to me from it.  I could not get it out of my mind.  When Khamille began to sing it I got rocked.  I had Wes go up and read the text and he could barely contain himself.
• The River of God is coming!
• With that presence is a pruning.  I look forward to God’s pruning.  I want Him to get rid of all the things in my life that get in the way of my relationship with Him and His plans for my life.  Unfortunately, others get offended with God or will not release their idols.  It saddens me but I have been in ministry long enough to see the pattern.
• When God shows up there is a hatred of sin.  Any movement that says they are in revival but sin is not dealt with is a false move.  Too much of the church has swallowed a new age spirit and can no longer tell the difference between the work of a demon and the work of the Spirit of God.  I hope to write on this more later.
• We had a special offering for the new year.  We told folks to seek God to find out what we are to leave in 2009 then lay it on the altar.  God moved in that time.  I was awe struck at what God did in that time.
• We get to set up at our normal time this week.  Praise God.
