A Book I Would Love to Write to the New Breed of Church Leaders

Here is the title of a book I would love to write to the new breed of church leaders:
Your Lack of Sanctification Does Not Make You Cool:
It makes you unqualified for Christian ministry.
Can anyone in publishing tell me if it is too long? I guess it does not matter. That would be the entirety of the book.
Yeah, I’d totally read that book.
And, if you start a sponsorship program, I’d buy 10 or 20 copies to send to underprivileged church leaders.

What is the biblical response to an entire pastoring team completely ignoring me after finding out that I take medication for depression? My whole family were members for several years, and now I can’t even get a return call from any of them. My children loved being there, but the more time passes I can see that God would just have us move on from that church. I have to admit, though, that this has been a discouraging experience.
