25 Random Things
I got tagged on a meme in Facebook so I thought I would post it here. I had to list 25 random things about me. You can follow me on Facebook here.
1. I am saved.
2. I have been visited by the Lord Jesus on more than one occasion. One time He laid hands on me and I was instantly healed.
3. I hope to adopt one day.
4. I need a new car.
5. If I was a rodeo bull I would not buck. Seems to be the easiest way to get out of that gig.
6. I don’t care if you walk on water and raise the dead, if your breasts are hanging out of your shirt I won’t give you the mic.
7. I have not owned a gaming system since my atari when I was a kid.
8. Even if it was not sin I still would not gamble.
9. Even if they legalize gay marriage I will stay married to my wife.
10. The handle just broke off my coffee mug.
11. I have quit jobs when I felt they violated my concience even when I desperately needed the money.
12. I have never understood why people don’t show enough respect to show up to meetings on time.
13. There is not anyone I trust to cut my hair.
14. If I could hire anyone in the world to be on my church staff it would be a diligent administrator.
15. There are few people I want to hear preach, and less that I want to hear teach.
16. I always thought I would be an itinerant. Had no idea I was going to plant a church.
17. I can often see the call of God on a person the moment they get saved.
18. I can often see the Holy Ghost brooding over a person that is being drawn. When I see that, I stop and lead those people to the Lord regardless of where I am or what I am doing.
19. I would rather have a small church of hungry sanctified believers than a large meeting of the lukewarm and non-believing.
20. It hurts when I hear people I care about gossiping about me.
21. It does not bother me for a second when I hear that people I don’t respect are gossiping about me.
22. I wish I owned a hat.
23. If I could live anywhere in the world it would be in Delray Beach, FL.
24. I have a very low tolerance for people who are lukewarm about God.
25. I wish more of the church would focus on what we agree on instead of what we disagree on.
